Our equipment classes, for a maximum of three people, are run in the Pilates studio using the three main pieces of Pilates apparatus, the Reformer, the Trapeze Table and the Wunda Chair. The class will incorporate elements of mat work Pilates and may include the use of light weights, the overball, bands and foam rolls. Equipment classes allow for a larger variety of exercises and modifications than a simple mat class and with the use of springs for resistance you are able to target more effectively your core muscles. Your individual workout, tailor made to your needs, will last for 55 minutes. It is important that you arrive 5 minutes before your class starts, make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing and a clean pair of socks.
